Essay to Scholarship™ Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and have an active Kajabi account to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive 5% commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.

3. Payout Terms

• Commissions are paid out 45 days after the customer’s purchase date to account for refund periods and chargebacks.
  
• Payouts will be made via PayPal on or around the 15th of each month.
  

You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate and up to date in your affiliate dashboard.

4. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote Essay to Scholarship™ through:

• Social media
  
• Blogs
  
• Email newsletters
  
• Your website
  
• Webinars or podcasts
  

You may not:

• Misrepresent the brand or make false claims
  
• Use spammy tactics or misleading links
  
• Run paid ads using our brand name or URL
  
• Use your affiliate link for purchases under your own name (self-referrals)
  

Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

If a referred customer requests a refund within the refund window, the commission for that transaction will be voided or deducted from your next payout.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms or unethical behavior. You may also cancel your participation at any time by contacting us.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms as needed. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
